Tramtown Revealed

Tramtown, was the name chosen in 2022 for our tram heritage centre project with the ambition of providing a stable and secure future for our beloved heritage trams, a unique and very key ingredient in Blackpool’s tourism offer.

The overwhelming and success of our first year of depot tours has proved what an attraction we have. In parallel, our volunteers have made the site more welcoming. Soon major changes will be taking place, and a very interesting time is ahead. Our success with the depot will also be a leader in helping regenerate the local area and support the local community.
